Don’t Miss Gabriel Zucker Live in Belgrade with Gyárfás & Rodriguez (April 7)

Fans of contemporary and experimental music will have a unique opportunity on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00 PM at the Jewish Cultural Center (Jevrejska 16), to attend a concert by American pianist and composer Gabriel Zucker, accompanied by Attila Gyárfás on drums and Bam Rodriguez on bass guitar.

Gabriel Zucker is recognized for his innovative fusion of jazz, classical, and contemporary music. His work is characterized by complex structures and expressive improvisation, which has led both audiences and critics to regard him as one of the most compelling artists of his generation.

At this concert, the audience will have the opportunity to hear original compositions that push the boundaries of traditional sound and explore new musical expressions.

Zucker’s performance offers an intimate yet intense musical experience that encourages active listening and a fresh perspective on contemporary music.

Performers: Gabriel Zucker (piano/synth/vocals), Attila Gyárfás (drums), and Bam Rodriguez (bass guitar).

The opening act will be the ensemble Muzika iz unutrašnjosti (Music from the Inside).

Music from the Inside is an idea, a musical ensemble, an event, and a movement that has been developing for four years on the free jazz and improvised music scene. It was created out of a need among a group of people to find a way to establish spiritual unity by stepping beyond conventional frameworks of music.

Line-up for this performance: Tomislav Marjanović Rale (wind instruments), Aleksandar Škorić (drums), Branislav Radojković (double bass), and Ilia Belorukov (saxophone).

Ticket price is 1,000 RSD; reservations can be made via email at info@jkc.rs, and tickets are available online at tickets.rs as well as at their sales points.
