Theater and music duo Alice in WonderBand from Fruška Gora launched a crowdfunding campaign for the second edition of the New Balkan Rhythm Festival, an international body music event, only of its kind in the region.
Music and theater performers and educators, Ana Vrbaški and Marko Dinjaški, invited excellent artists to join them from August 25 to 27, 2023 in Sremski Karlovci. Lecturers and performers at the festival, in addition to these local artists, will be Max Pollak (New York), Anna Llombart (Barcelona) and Ben Schütz (Hamburg). We are also expecting surprise guests from the region.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend twelve body music workshops at the festival. Within the crowdfunding campaign, various prizes are available, and a large part are workshop packages, with or without accommodation and food, in advance sale.
The crowdfunding campaign lasts from March 14 to April 25.
The festival partners are the Tourism Organization of Municipality of Sremski Karlovci, the Vojvodina Environmental Movement, the Ecology Center Radulovački, and the Elementary and Secondary Boarding School Milan Petrovic in Novi Sad.
The New Balkan Rhythm Festival is organized by the Otvoreni krug Novi Sad association. The campaign is realized on the Dobri Dabar platform of the Loud crowd association.
