Babel Arts and Sokolski Dom – Cultural Center in Novi Sad present concert serial of Hungarian Jazz Scene! Serial starts on Sunday, November 27th (8:30 pm) at Sokolski Dom, Novi Sad.
Babel Jazz is a serial organized in cooperation of Babel Arts and Sokolski Dom – Cultural Center aimed to introduce Vojvodina audience with the best contemporary Hungarian jazz and fusion jazz. Once a month, in Novi Sad. Vojvodina audience will meet both young musical forces and bands that during the decades developed recognizable musical styles from free jazz to jazz in our Northern neighboring country.
Serial will be open on Sunday, November 27th with a concert of Verigo Collective. This young ethno-jazz quartet surprises the audience with unique coupling of instruments – citra and saxophone.
On December 18th, Vojvodina audience will meet trio Santa Diver. Four released albums quickly raised interest of international audience making this trio one of the most successful Hungarian jazz creators.
Sokolski Dom welcomes all music and jazz lovers from all over Vojvodina to these concerts as our intention is to build regular audience of jazz and World Music concerts.
